Customer Service Requirements

ASDA Authorised Training Provider is required to establish and publish quality control and customer-satisfaction policies:

These policies need to be made available to every learner prior to course enrolment and payment. The policies must include reasonable quality guarantees, instructor evaluations, possible options for retaking a class, and similar implementations.

ASDA does monitor customer complaints and it is a requirement of every ASDA Authorised Training Provider that every student received the highest standards and best training experience possible. While everything is done to try and resolve complaints amicably, continuous customer complaints could lead to probation or termination of your status as an ASDA Authorised Training Provider.
