ASDA Complaints Procedure

When a complaint is received the relevant ASDA Authorised Training Centre will be contacted by an account manager, who has been appointed to investigate the matter.

A written report of the incident is sent to the relevant Authorised Training Provider.

Failure to respond to the report within 48 hours will result in the temporary suspension of ASDA Authorised Training Status.

The report and response from the ASDA Authorised Training Provider will be reviewed and if the ASDA Authorised Training Provider is found to be guilty of the complaint brought against it, the ASDA Authorised Training Provider will receive a written warning notice.

The ASDA Authorised Training Provider is provided an opportunity to appeal the complaint and enter into a grievance procedure should it so wish.

If an ASDA Authorised Training Provider has obtained a total of three written warning against them, their authorisation will be terminated with immediate effect.
